Derek the Chicken

Hey Guys

First of all thanks for taking the time to log in today.
Let me introduce myself, I am Derek the Chicken and currently working for Jacksons Catering Company promoting anything British that goes into our sandwiches and buffets.

What really excites me is the fact that Jacksons use British/Halal Red Tractor Chicken that they cook and slice it by hand. Jacksons is unlike a lot of caterers and high street sandwhich shops who use a defrosted product from Thailand or Brazil flown over to the UK using unnecessary air miles.

More importantly:
• How old is the chicken?
• Would you not prefer fresh?
• How many UK jobs and businesses are losing out?

So do it for your carbon footprint and only eat just cluckin English
